Do you send with cash on delivery?

Yes, but only in Poland. It should be remembered that not every form of shipping offered by us gives such an opportunity. An example may be the shipment of small products by registered mail carried out by Poczta Polska - Poczta Polska does not offer a delivery option when it is delivered in the case of a registered letter. However, you can pay for the delivery of, for example, courier or parcel machine.

 

Do I need to register to make purchases from your online store?

You don't have to register. You can place an order as a so-called Guest, which means that you only provide us with the shipping details. However, you must be aware that you don't have access to the history of your orders, and you will need to re-enter your data for subsequent purchases.

Can you place a phone order?

Of course! The order can be submitted not only via the online store, but also via telephone or email. You do not have the option to pay for the order via a quick online transfer as well as you do not have access to the history of your orders. However, if it does not bother you, it's all the more! :-)

 

Yes, we send. We can send you a parcel via Poczta Polska, DHL, DPD or FedEx courier.

Can I withdraw or change an order?

Yes, you can easily cancel your order, add or delete a product until you send it. However, if the shipment has already been sent, then all is not lost. Contact us and we will definitely come up with something together. :-)

 

Do issuing the VAT invoice?

Yes, we issue VAT invoices. For each order we issue a VAT invoice for a natural person or company whose data has been provided to us at the time of ordering. If you are a company operating in another EU country, after providing your VAT-EU number, we can issue you an invoice with a VAT of 0% as part of the Intra-Community Acquisition / Delivery of Goods.

 

Where can I check the shipping costs?

Shipping costs appear in the order summary after you choose the delivery address. The shipping cost is affected by such parameters as the dimensions and weight of the ordered products (another shipping cost for a 0.5 kg bubble envelope and another for a large 5kg cardbox) and the location to which the shipment will be sent (another shipping cost within Poland, another to the Czech Republic and another to Australia). For this reason, unfortunately, we're not able to prepare a concise statement of shipping costs.

 

I haven't found on your a side stand extension / suspension links for my motorcycle. Will you be able to choose something?

If there is no product in our online store, it means that we don't have it in our offer. Don't worry about it and contact us! We are constantly expanding our range, so we will be happy to create for you a dedicated extension or suspension links.

 

I ordered -4 cm lowering links and I got links a little longer. Why?

If you need lowering links, you'll receive bones longer than the factory ones. Similarly, if you need raising links, you will receive links shorter than the stock ones. Why such a relationship?
